1. What is Only Hands?

Only Hands is a free online directory and community forum for massage shops, therapists, wellness providers, and licensed bars in Thailand (starting with Pattaya).

Think of it as a digital shop window. Each provider gets their own page to post updates, prices, photos, and contact details. Clients can browse and discover providers easily.

2. Who can post on Only Hands?

Only verified service providers (SPs) can create listings. This includes:

  • Massage shops and studios
  • Independent massage therapists
  • Wellness and spa providers
  • Licensed bars or restaurants

Clients and visitors can browse only. They cannot post listings, reviews, or direct messages during this beta phase.

3. How do I get verified?

To create a provider account you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Upload a valid government-issued ID.
  3. Upload at least two recent photos of yourself (selfies).
  4. If you are a business, provide your business licence details if requested.

Verification usually takes a few minutes. Once approved, you can start posting immediately.

4. What can I post in my listing?

Your listing can include:

  • Text introduction (about you or your business)
  • Photos (safe-for-work, no nudity or explicit content)
  • Prices and services offered
  • Opening hours and location
  • Contact details (phone, LINE, etc.)

You can update your listing as often as you like, like keeping a diary.

5. What can’t I post?

  • Sexual services, escorting, or illegal activities
  • Nudity, pornography, or explicit adult material
  • Alcohol promotions, drink offers, or product logos (bar listings can include factual details only)
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or spam
  • Malware, scams, or copyrighted material you don’t own

If you break the rules, your post may be removed and your account suspended.

6. Do you handle bookings or payments?

No. Only Hands is not an agency or middleman.
We do not manage bookings, appointments, or payments.

All arrangements are made directly between clients and providers. We are simply a classified ads platform.

7. Is Only Hands really free?

Yes. Creating and maintaining a listing is 100% free during our beta phase.

There are no fees, no tipping system, no ads, and no hidden charges.

8. Is my information private?

  • We keep your personal information safe (see our Privacy Policy for details).
  • Verification documents are deleted within 30 days of approval.
  • We do not sell your data or use third-party tracking cookies.

Your public listing (text, photos, contact details) is visible to everyone who visits the Site.

9. Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can request account deletion anytime by emailing admin@only-hands.org.

When your account is closed:

  • Your listings will be removed from public view.
  • Backup copies may be kept for up to 6 months for legal and security reasons.

10. Who runs Only Hands?

Only Hands is currently a beta project with no formal company behind it yet.

The platform is operated independently and may change or expand in the future. Once incorporated, we’ll update our Terms, Privacy Policy, and contact details.
